Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Knaresborough. The hotel was small, beautifully designed room. It was in the very central location close to Waterside in pretty Knaresborough. A lot of food options not far from the venue. The breakfast was always tasty and plentiful.

The cheerful staff was a plus, the location was brilliant. The property was minutes from Knaresborough downtown. The pool was great and the garden - lovely. I thoroughly enjoyed this hotel and would book again.

Hotel was original, rooms were airy and updated. The rooms were with a very very comfortable bed, loved it. The location was unbeatable, a 10-15 minute walk from a romantic ruined fortress.

The hotel staff was not so helpful.

It was a very nice experience in an OLD-FASHIONED hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed staff and rooms, which were ideal. Pool was nice. It was not too far from Knaresborough downtown.

Spotless and atmospheric place and the breakfast was perfect! I had cool enough, regular double room with coffee, complimentary wireless internet and terrace. There were captivating canal views, I loved it. The jazz bar was pleasant and the drinks were complimentary.

The breakfast was particularly good, the room was excellent and pleasant. Employees were exceptionally pleasant and kept it all clean. Lots of facilities like: blinds and adequate curtains.
